Supplier & Procurement Information
Company details, insurance, payment terms, freedom of information and the rest of what a procurement team asks for.
This page is for the person who has to raise the purchase order. It gathers the things a council's procurement team asks for before it will, which were otherwise spread across three policy pages or nowhere at all. Everything on it is a fact about this installation; where one has not been published, the page says so rather than implying an answer.

Certification and assurance
Infin8 Digital Limited holds Cyber Essentials certification, reference 5566af48-99ff-48b0-b7d8-f40df9870428, valid until 1 April 2027.
The technical and organisational measures behind that are set out in full in the Security & Hosting Statement, which is written for a cyber security review and describes what is actually configured rather than a general policy. We complete security questionnaires on request and charge nothing for it.
Payment terms
30 days from receipt of a valid invoice, by bank transfer. No card payment is taken at any point and no card details are asked for.
A Public Distribution Licence is granted when the purchase order number is entered, not when the invoice is paid — so nothing is withheld while the invoice works through your accounts payable. The invoice follows.
The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applies to this contract, and the Procurement Act 2023 implies 30-day payment terms in public contracts. We say so for completeness rather than as a threat: we have never charged statutory interest to a council and do not expect to.
Freedom of information
We understand that your authority is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, and that you may be required to disclose information about this contract.
- We will help you respond to a request that touches on this contract, at no charge, and within any timescale you are working to.
- Nothing we mark as confidential overrides your statutory obligation to disclose. The decision on whether an exemption applies is yours to take, and we will not treat a disclosure you are obliged to make as a breach of confidence.
- We ask only to be consulted before commercially sensitive material is released, so that we can put our view — not so that we can veto it.
Confidentiality of your information
We keep your authority's information confidential, use it only to provide the service, and do not disclose it to anybody else except as the Data Processing Agreement sets out. That covers a report before it is published, which is politically sensitive whether or not any of it is personal data — and which the data protection undertakings alone would not have covered.
It does not cover information that is already public, that we knew before you gave it to us, or that we are required by law to disclose.
Anti-bribery, conflicts and modern slavery
- We comply with the Bribery Act 2010 and have not offered, and will not offer, any inducement in connection with this contract.
- We will tell you promptly of any conflict of interest that arises, including work for another authority where it could bear on yours.
- We are below the £36m turnover threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a published statement, so we do not publish one. Stated plainly because the question is asked and a blank is read as an evasion.
Continuity and exit
You can export everything you have entered, at any time, from the Publish step — the answers, the evidence pack and the finished documents. Nothing is held back and no export costs anything.
A Public Distribution Licence you hold is permanent. It survives the end of these terms and anything that happens to us: a report you have published stays published, lawfully, whatever else changes. That is the point of granting it per report rather than by subscription.
If we were to stop trading, you would keep every document you had already exported and every licence already granted. Given the deadline this product serves, the honest advice is the same one we would give about any supplier: export your finished report when it is finished, and keep the file.
Complaints and escalation
Write to contact@infin8.digital with "complaint" in the subject. We acknowledge within 2 working days and respond in full within 10. If you are not satisfied with the response, ask for it to be escalated and a director will answer.
For a data protection concern specifically, the route and the regulator are in the Privacy Policy.
Which terms govern
The Website Terms of Service, the Dual-Tier Licensing Terms and the Data Processing Agreement, in the order of precedence set out in the Terms. They are accepted in the application at the moment the purchase order number is entered, and what was accepted is recorded and shown back to you.
Terms printed on a purchase order do not apply unless we have agreed them in writing. If your authority needs its own terms to govern, raise it before the order goes in and we will look at them.
